Problems : PT. Interbat, a Pharmacy Factory, they are required to do quality check in producing their Medicine (Blister type). As one machine can produce many different pills, the machine is not allowed to place the wrong medicine in the blister. Currently, the quality checking process is handled manually by human and to increase production level, they would like to make it as automation to increase efficiency and no mistake can be accepted

Objective : Upgrading Quality Control Process in Production Process of Medicine into Automation Quality Control Process. 

Solution : Our team suggested to instal Camera Vision to differentiate wrong pills and to make sure no empty pills in blisters.

Result : The machine can be automatically detect the wrong pills / empty blister space and of course, this increases the production level and cut their labour cost in quality checking process.
